Abstract: in accordance with the instance of hidden excavation work of tunnel in Kehua interval in the sixth segment in Shenzhen Subway Stage I Project, settlement in weak soil stratum with plenty of water was analyzed and some control measures are suggested as per the cause of settlement in this article. Reference is offered for effective control of settlement in hidden excavation work of subway tunnel in soft stratum of urban.
